i hate Hijab !

the typical 11 excuses to why the hijab shouldn't be worn...

1. i dont feel beutiful


2. i feel so insecure without my curls


3. i'm to young , i'm not ready


you won't be ready for death either

4. its not mandatory ?

"and say to the believing women that they should lower theire modesty ; not display their beauty and ornaments exept what must ordinarily appear therof; that they should draw their veils over their bosoms and not display their beauty ."

o prophet, tell wives and your daugther and the women of the believers to draw theircloaks close round them...

a hijab has its own beauty.. the most beauty      
5. i can't feel oppressed. i need to live my life to the fullest 



6. i just can't stay committed to it
  



7. my mom won't let me wear it.
"but if they strive with you to make u ascribe to me as partner that of which u have no knowledge, then obey then not, but deal wif them nicely in the world and follow the path of him who repents to me"

8. i won't feel stylish enough




9. no body would want marry me

"women were married for 4 reason ; for their wealth, their status , their beauty and their religion, and that the good muslims were the ones who married women because of their faith"

10.my friend will judge me

uhh , who care about some "friends" if they judge you negatively for dressing modestly ?

11. i feel too hot in it .


 i'm sure hell is hotter

Jangka Hayat Susu Perahan | Breastfeeding

Hari ni Bella nak expalain kat korang sedikit info tentang jangka hayat susu perahan. Kita mulakan dengan suhu bilik.  Untuk baby yang normal atau premature susu ibu bertahan selama 4jam. Tapi diMalaysia ni suhu agak panas. Kite tak saran kan biar lama-lama di room temperature. 2 3 jam is okey. Kalau takde keperluan just terus masuk chiller lepas pump. Tak perlu biar susu smpai sejam 2 kat luar, baru nak masukkan chiller.  Yang kedua, kite go for chiller. Chiller ni kat mana? Chiller ni adalah bahagian peti sejuk bawah. Yang hanya menyejukkan, bukan hat beku tu ya.  Untuk baby normal, tempoh jangka hayat ebm boleh disimpan hingga 5hari. Tapi untuk baby premature hanya 2hari sahaja.

Siapa bersalin secara operation? kite geng huhu. Nurul sebab first twin breech. Korang sebab apa? Tapi secara jujurnya, Bella tak rasa sakit yang terlampau sangat semasa berpantang. Alhamdulillah Tips yang  Bella boleh share. 1. Makan sama je berpantang normal. ✔️ Air minum banyak ✔️ Sayur wajib ✔️ Buah orange sunquick 2. Banyakkan gerak supaya aliran darah lancar. 3. Mandi macam biasa, boleh kena air tempat czer tu. Tapi lepas mandi lap kering². Kenakan angin dulu baru tutup Kadang2 ada nanah kat hujung. Nurse kata takpe nanti kering tu. 4. Kalau nak bangun dari baring, mengiring dulu baru bangun. Jangan p bangun terus. 5. Bella tak berbengkung, tungku. Urut ya. Urut semua tempat kecuali tempat czer dan breast. Tak sanggup eh kena urut breast tu, sakit ya ampunnn. macam mana yuols boleh cakap urut baru ada susu. aduyai. 6. Susukan anak secara exclusive supaya rahim cepat kecut. Sikit tapi Kerap, Ibu Breastfeeding kena pegang konsep ni. | Pantang Larang Bf 01

Direct feeding baby yg tentukan berapa banyak dia nak minum. TAPI Susu melalui botol kita yg tentukan dan train perfeeding baby. Jadi train la sikit tp kerap.  Salah satu sebabnya, untuk menyerupai rentak direct feeding.Ya  flow susu ibu TAK SAMA dengan botol yang sentiasa keluar bila disedut. Direct feeding ada fast flow, ada slow flow. jadi tk mustahil baby boleh minum sampai 10oz bila hisap botol sebab baby hanya tak puas mengisap, bukan tak kenyang.  Train 2oz - 2.5oz perfeeding (1jam stgh - 2jam). Maximum pemberian Ebm adalah 4oz. kalau rasa tk cukup tambah botol, dekatkan time feeding. in shaa allah cara ni adalah satu perancagan yang perlu ibu berkerja titik berat. Kesan nya bila bby dh terbiasa susu bnyk dia akan mula reject direct feeding sebab tak sabar nak flow sentiasa laju sahaja dan susu yang banyaj. Suka Bella sentiasa ingatkan, hormon ibu semakin berkurang, jadi rancang sebaiknya supaya susu sentiasa cukup untuk supply pada baby.
