Siapa bersalin secara operation? kite geng huhu. Nurul sebab first twin breech. Korang sebab apa? Tapi secara jujurnya, Bella tak rasa sakit yang terlampau sangat semasa berpantang. Alhamdulillah Tips yang  Bella boleh share. 1. Makan sama je berpantang normal. ✔️ Air minum banyak ✔️ Sayur wajib ✔️ Buah orange sunquick 2. Banyakkan gerak supaya aliran darah lancar. 3. Mandi macam biasa, boleh kena air tempat czer tu. Tapi lepas mandi lap kering². Kenakan angin dulu baru tutup Kadang2 ada nanah kat hujung. Nurse kata takpe nanti kering tu. 4. Kalau nak bangun dari baring, mengiring dulu baru bangun. Jangan p bangun terus. 5. Bella tak berbengkung, tungku. Urut ya. Urut semua tempat kecuali tempat czer dan breast. Tak sanggup eh kena urut breast tu, sakit ya ampunnn. macam mana yuols boleh cakap urut baru ada susu. aduyai. 6. Susukan anak secara exclusive supaya rahim cepat kecut.
