Siapa bersalin secara operation? kite geng huhu. Nurul sebab first twin breech. Korang sebab apa? Tapi secara jujurnya, Bella tak rasa sakit yang terlampau sangat semasa berpantang. Alhamdulillah Tips yang  Bella boleh share. 1. Makan sama je berpantang normal. ✔️ Air minum banyak ✔️ Sayur wajib ✔️ Buah orange sunquick 2. Banyakkan gerak supaya aliran darah lancar. 3. Mandi macam biasa, boleh kena air tempat czer tu. Tapi lepas mandi lap kering². Kenakan angin dulu baru tutup Kadang2 ada nanah kat hujung. Nurse kata takpe nanti kering tu. 4. Kalau nak bangun dari baring, mengiring dulu baru bangun. Jangan p bangun terus. 5. Bella tak berbengkung, tungku. Urut ya. Urut semua tempat kecuali tempat czer dan breast. Tak sanggup eh kena urut breast tu, sakit ya ampunnn. macam mana yuols boleh cakap urut baru ada susu. aduyai. 6. Susukan anak secara exclusive supaya rahim cepat kecut. Am I Pregnant?

Sejak buka implant, aku sentiasa take note waktu subur to make sure aku cepat-cepat pregnant... Sekarang dah masuk bulan ke 5 aku buka implant. Actually sepanjang pasang implant memang aku tak period langsung taw. Huhu.  Dan period pun sudah lambat 15hari. Mula-mula lambat 5 hari, aku g beli prangnancy test, and result nya dua line but kabur satu line. Bila aku try goole and tanya akak, semuanya jawapan positive. Tapi next day tu, aku ajak la kak Tirah teman g clinic, and masa tu dah petang and aku baru lepas minum air banyak. Nurse tu tengok satu line je. Terus cakap negative. Tapi aku tunjuk la semalam punya result, dua line tapi kabur. Nurse tu cakap kalau kabur still negative. Kena terang macam line C untuk line T. Aku macam pelik je dengan nurse ni. Dia suruh datang lagi dua minggu. Mungkin awal lagi katanya. Ya, yang awal lagi tu aku setuju, sebab ikut apa aku baca, makin membesar bayi, makin merah la line tu.
